The unit we got was updated and spacious with a forest view as well as fireplace.

The stay was absolutely pleasant. Truly enjoyed how great the property was. A nice size and well-appointed rooms were brand-new with a fireplace. They offered me coffee, cereal, hot waffles, pastries and yoghourt in the morning.

A double room was brand-new and attractive had down pillows. The room had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

The complimentary breakfast had a variety of delicious options, and the staff provided friendly service. It was conveniently located near the beach for some nice evening walks. The breakfast options could be improved to include more variety.

The hot tub was not functional and there could be an improvement in the breakfast options offered. Ideal for short family vacations, it provides convenient amenities such as free Wi-Fi and an indoor pool.

The room was very comfortable with premium bedding and a spacious walk-in shower. The breakfast was good with a great variety, and the staff were friendly and helpful. And a Keurig in the room was a nice touch.

Brand-new unit with a view.

The room had a spacious layout with a comfortable King bed, which really made for a good night's sleep. Location-wise, it provided a nice balance of being close to the beach and roughly a quarter mile from the casino, which is perfect for an evening stroll.

There were a few hiccups during the stay. The shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower were empty, and the ice machines were mostly out of order, with only the one on the third floor functioning. Regulating the room temperature was a bit of a chore, as the AC ran a bit too cold despite the chilly weather outside. it was disappointing to find out the pool and hot tub were broken during the stay; they were fully drained and unavailable for use. Finally, the hotel's TVs had no channel guide, making it a hassle to find something worth watching.

I had a nice stay with a clean, spacious room and a walk-in shower, which was a big plus! The specially designed room for travelers was great, and I really enjoyed the variety of breakfast options available.

The spa was broken. The coffee pot was broken. We had to wait in the lobby for an hour after they told us the room would be ready. They need to enlarge or add another elevator for the number of people. There was only one lady that made it right and remembered the hassles, but she shouldn't have to do this. The hotel should be ready for the bookings. I was not the only one who was upset and late getting their room. One person left due to the lack of ability to have the rooms ready. Have a back-up people when others can't make it to work.
